Nurturing a project from conception to launch is no easy feat.  It’s a massive chess game:

  • securing content
  • vetting and hiring vendors
  • mapping out wireframes
  • setting up milestones and iterations
  • coordinating marketing plans
  • organizing point of purchase(s)
  • pursuing recommended upgrades
